Real Estate Finance Prerequisite: BUS or FIN 245 Real Estate Finance covers the fundamental principles of real estate business regarding property, contracts, agencies, listings, different methods of real estate financing, deeds, liens and encumbrances, escrows and title insurance, land descriptions, real estate mathematics, income properties, real estate management and leasing, taxes and real estate deals.
