Visualizing for Visual Thinking Prerequisite: MAT 130, 135, 139 or 243 (Tier I Math) or ELAC student This course introduces students to the concepts, techniques and application of visualization. Through the process of visual thinking, visualization can be applied to problem solving in virtually any discipline. Students will learn how to use visualization to discover knowledge, present information, and communicate ideas effectively. Practical examples drawn from a wide variety of disciplines will be used to demonstrate the creativity and power of visualizing.
