Discrete Structures Prerequisite: MAT 155 or MAT 155P or MAT 195 A study of discrete structures including sets, relations, functions, graphs, trees, with some applications. Other topics include propositional and predicate logic, methods of proof (for example direct, indirect, induction), an introduction to permutations and combinations, iteration, and recursion.
