Advanced Mathematics for Elementary School Teaching Prerequisite: MAT 244 Prerequisite or Corequisite: MAT 310 and MAT 315 Students will investigate mathematical topics in the elementary school curriculum from an advanced viewpoint. The course will integrate advanced mathematical thinking from Calculus, Geometry, Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, and Probability and Statistics with the mathematical content typically taught at the elementary level. This course is intended for Liberal Studies majors.
