Photography & New Media as History Prerequisites: None Photography, digital imagery, and ever changing forms of New Media, including activated and motion work, projections and web art have drastically altered how we communicate, how we perceive the world, and how we interpret and create art. The history and development of these phenomena help us see and understand societal changes and how those are reflected in the lives of individuals.
