ART 317 - Polyester Plate Lithography
Polyester Plate Lithography
Prerequisite: ART 201

Explore direct hand drawn lithography techniques with permanent markers, ballpoint pens, toner tush, crayons, and acrylic based resist materials while working on polyester plates. The use of a laser jet printer scanner, and computer will be incorporated to explore Photo-lithography techniques. Emphasis will be placed on learning procedures and skills in acquiring a non-toxic printmaking technical vocabulary.
