Microbes And Your Health
Prerequisite: LAC student with T1NS course or GER student

This course provides general knowledge about the relationship between microbial organisms and the human host. The impact of the socio-economic and environmental health of society is also covered. The course deals with pathogenesis, infection, prevention, and treatment of selected diseases. Microbes include bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoans. Three hours lecture per week.
