Rapid Information Technology Development Management
Prerequisite/Co-requisite: BIS/BUS 361 Recommended Prerequisite/Co-requisite: BIS 370

Organizations are widely adopting rapid IT development management approaches and methodologies. This course covers the most commonly used and being adopted rapid and agile IT development approach methodologies. The methods are examined in business software development management contexts. These rapid/agile IT development management methodologies will be examined along the dimensions of: flexibility, speed, leanness, responsiveness, learning as well as large system integration management. Experience with IS/IT development and project management software platforms and tools will be gained.
