Supply Chain Management Prerequisite: BUS 260 Supply Chain Management is a systems approach to managing the entire flow of information, materials, and cash from raw materials, and cash from raw materials suppliers through factories and warehouses to the end-customer. Supply Chain Management represents a philosophy of doing business that stresses processes and integration. This course examines the strategic importance of good supply chain design, planning and operation for every firm.
