Global Operations And Logistics Prerequisite: BUS 260. This course is focused on the management of operations and logistics in firms that source, produce, distribute and market in multiple nations and compete in the global arena. Coursework will describe the difference between local and global operations and examine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the operations function in a global environment.
