Global Human Resource Management
Prerequisite: BUS 201
This course explores the concept of human resource management in different countries around the world within the context of globalization by understanding how multinational organizations manage global complexity, strategic choices, local laws and cultures, ethical and social responsibilities, and the impact of personal values, beliefs, and customs of the countries they conduct business in. The focus will be on developing a cross- cultural perspective of human capital and a diversity and inclusion perspective on global talent management.
