Conflict Communication An introduction to non-violent conflict resolution and the various forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Methods and strategies used to manage violence and adversarial litigation will be explored. Subjects to be covered include non-violent resistance, conflict analysis, stress and anger management, conflict coaching, non-violent communication, negotiation, mediation, the collaboration process and arbitration. 3.000 Credit hours 3.000 Lecture hours Levels: Undergraduate Schedule Types: Lecture, Online Communication, Film, & Theatre Department Restrictions: May not be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Non Credit |
