COM 430 - Advanced Avid Editing
Advanced Avid Editing
Prerequisite: COM 120, COM 220, COM 320

This course is designed for students who have already mastered the use of common editing techniques including continuity, montage, pacing and audio mixing. COM 430 will provide a framework for advanced skills like media management, off-beat and innovative cutting techniques, emerging individual editing styles and cutting long form projects - continuing through sound sweetening, color correction, and other online related processes.
