COM 474 - Exp. Digital Media Production
Experimental Digital Media Production
Prerequisites: LAC student with at least two Tier II courses or ELAC student

Selective aesthetic and digital media production readings and class discussions about media production models and techniques. Involves students in individual inquiry and group dynamics in the management of a digital media production project in a real-world context. We will explore and critically analyze past and current traditional and new media productions, such as classic films, computer animated features and video games, with special emphasis in deconstructing and understanding their aesthetic manipulations, their technical solutions, and ultimately their production values will be explored.
