DNC 280 - World Dance: Mvmnt as Culture
World Dance: Movement as Culture
Prerequisite: None

This lecture and studio-based course explores world cultures through dance. Students will study the historical and anthropological significance of dance; and expand their dance literacy through an embodied approach to dance forms from around the world and from history to the present.
