Adapting The EC Curriculum For The Inclusive Classroom
Prerequisite:Admission to ECE Certification Program and Students must be in Core IV
Co-requisite: ECE 445
Permission of Advisor Required

This course provides extended opportunities for students to apply basic methods in early childhood special education, within inclusive classrooms. This will include planning and implementing curricular adaptations in primary level classrooms based on principles of developmental and individual appropriateness. Family involvement in all aspects of early childhood special education will be an integrated aspect of this course. This course is taken concurrently with student teaching.
