ECE 520 - Guiding Children's Behavior
Study of Guidance Of Children's Beh. In Class Environments
Prerequisites: None

Examines principles and strategies for guiding the behavior of young children in classroom setting. Emphasizes attachment, classroom arrangement, materials, and schedule, establishing rules, responding to challenging behavior and conflict, and assisting children in interpreting and expressing of emotions. Observations and projects in early childhood classrooms are required.
