Leadership In Early Education And Care
Pre-requisite: Earned Bachelor's Degree

This course examines current theory, research, and practice in the leadership of organizations that provide early childhood education and care. Stages of leadership development, the identification and achievement of professional goals, and the analysis of historical and community influences on organizational decisions are emphasized. Practical applications of the leadership literature to administrative and advocacy activities are examined.
