EDU 300 - Learn/Teach Midl Level/2ndary
Learning And Teaching-Middle Level & Secondary Classroom
Co-requisites: EDU 301 and EDU 404 Prerequisite: Admission To The Teacher Education Program Education Certification Program.

This course presents an overview of theories of learning most applicable to the teacher's task of promoting students' learning in classrooms. The task of meeting the learning needs of students ranging from the gifted to the various handicapping conditions is addressed as well as the process of matching teaching practices with the range of learning styles typical of middle level and secondary classrooms.
