EDU 307 - Inclusive Elem Classrooms
Inclusive Elementary Classrooms
Prerequisite: Admission to CARE

This course aims to prepare elementary teacher candidates for inclusion. Major topics covered are: special education legislation, pre-referral interventions, referral, identification, assessment practices, individualized education programs, collaboration, positive behavior supports, adaptations, characteristics and life span needs of individuals who are exceptional.
