EDU 615 - Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching and Mentoring
This course explores current theory, research, and best practices related to the mentoring and coaching of teachers. Students will examine effective teaching, analyze a variety of coaching and mentoring models, discuss and implement effective coacing practices, and explore social and ethical issues related to coaching. The course is designed to develop the leadership skills of teachers in order to empower them to assist in the growth and development of teachers.
