Prerequisite: BUS/FIN 245

The course applies the concepts of financial mamagement to contemporary financial events such as: financial statements evaluation, cash flow, constructing pro forma's and using financial evaluation and forecasting techniques, time value of money as it relates to security pricing and capital budgeting, leasing, Markets for Securities and their Valuation, cost of capital and Working Capital.
