Geographies of Tourism
Prerequisite:LAC student with T1A, T1LT, T1H or T1SS course or GER student

This course introduces students to complex geographies of tourism which have become one of the most important sources of revenue for countries across the globe. Students will examine the geography of tourist sites, the movement of tourists and the changes that tourism as a development strategy creates to the physical landscape and to the cultures of tourist sites.
