HPE 303 - Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning
Prerequisite: HPE 329

This course will provide students with information on sports conditioning for intermediate and advanced athletes. A wide variety of areas are covered including acceleration and speed, agility, anaerobic and aerobic power, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and nutrition. Applications are made to athletes involved in team sports and individual sports.
