Clinical Rotation/Field Internship for Paramedics Prerequisite: HSC 412 Corequisite: Active EMT Certification The PMS program is designed to develop students with personal traits and professional skills required to perform as a competent entry-level paramedic on an emergency services team. Students will be given the clinical and field training necessary to provide prehospital assessment and care of patients. This course enforces the topics learned in Paramedic Science I, II, III, and IV. Student will be functioning as Paramedic Interns at area hospitals and Paramedic level ambulance services and fire departments.
