Pop, Rock, & Hip Hop: Indie Music in the Mainstream Prereq: LAC student with T1SS course or ELAC student Drawing case studies from roots music, pop, rock, and hip hop, this course explores the complex relationships between indie music movements and mainstream consumer culture.
