Leadership in Contemporary Organizations

This course examines the role of leadership in organizations with special emphasis on the relationship between leadership and learning, leadership and performance, and leadership n fostering organizational change. Among the issues addressed will be distinctions between leadership and management, the use of power and influence, and empowerment.
