Job Satisfaction And Motivation Prerequisite: PSY 303 This course will cover the theories that help to explain why people like (or dislike) their jobs and how they can be motivated to perform more effectively. The course will also cover how satisfaction and motivation are measured and the types of programs that can be designed to improve both satisfaction and motivation.
