Psychology Internship: Individual Supervision Pre-requisite: Consent of Instructor An experiential learning course where students participate in an internship at an industrial organizational business or social service setting such as a hospital, clinic, human service agency, group home, school counseling office, corrections site, or specialized classroom. The student acquires knowledge regarding methods of intervention and the treatment philosophy of the placement agency by participating in an observational and supportive role. Students participate on site for a minimum of 8 hours per week. On-campus supervision addresses ethical issues, including confidentiality. 1.000 TO 12.000 Credit hours 2.000 TO 24.000 Other hours Levels: Undergraduate Schedule Types: Internship Psychological Science Department Restrictions: May not be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Non Credit |
