Training And Development In Organizations Prerequisite: Graduate Standing This course covers the essential competencies in the practice of organizational training and development, including analyzing performance problems; developing skill hierarchies and learning objectives; instructional module development; program evaluation; and transfer of training to the job. This course revolves around the instructional strategy known as criterion-referenced instruction (or instructional systems design).
