THE 473 - Producing and Directing
Producing and Directing
Prereq: THE 366, 373 or 374 and LAC student with at least two Tier II courses or GER student

Advanced Theatre majors will have the opportunity to function as a producing company dealing with all the pre- production planning and dissemination, production implementation and presentation, and post-production critiquing and relection pertaining to a fully conceived and fully realized show. This course provides the framework for a collaborative capstone experience for student directors, stage managers, arts management and tech./design students and culminates in a main stage production. Out-of-class rehearsals and production meetings will be required and schedules will be discussed and distributed for advance notice.
