Prerequisite: BIS 373 or 377 or equivalent

This course addresses modern business-technical skills needed for developing, maintaining and effectively using integrated business database systems. Topics include business database concurrency control management strategies, business transaction database processing, business database XML processing as well as a discussion of business database design considerations for data warehousing to facilitate business: intelligence and analytics and corporate data analysis.
