NMS 110 - Introduction to New Media
Introduction to New Media
This course engages students in a systematic description and examination of some of the fundamental technological elements of these relatively new and emergent interactive digital media. Students will also explore and learn about different theoretical perspectives on new media including an overview of ethical, political, economic, and social issues arising from their pervasive use in local, national, and global contexts and spheres.
