ID: Your Eastern ID is printed on the face of the new ID
cards which were issued beginning June 2002. If you have
not yet obtained your new ID card, please visit Card
Services (Alvin B. Wood Support Services Center, 2nd
floor) during regular business hours (860-465-5060). If
you are a student, your ID is also printed on your
Student Schedule, Bill, and Transcript.
Your PIN is initially established as your birth date in a
MMDDYY format, e.g. a birth date of January 4, 1962 would
result in a PIN of 010462. If we do not have your date of
birth on file, your PIN is initially established as the
last 6 digits of your Eastern ID.

- Minimum 6 to a maximum of 15 characters in length.
- Numeric and alpha characters are acceptable.
- Alpha characters are case sensitive.
- PIN cannot be reused for 180 days.

area of EWEB, have entered your Eastern ID in the ID
field and have attempted to use the "Forgot
PIN" option to reset your PIN if necessary, please
